Privacy Policy

IdleMine instance access is currently free for everyone. The data handling and privacy contacts described below apply to free instances too. You can stop or delete an instance and use the access, deletion and support channels below.

1. Privacy contacts and responsibility

IdleMine is offered by Gabriel Martinez, martinez@idlemine.net. Privacy requests may also be sent to contact@idlemine.net.

Coflnet GmbH, Dorfstraße 27a, 84163 Marklkofen, Germany, support@coflnet.com, supplies technical infrastructure as Gabriel's processor. The required Article 28 GDPR agreement and documented instructions must govern that processing. Users may send a request to either contact above and ask that it be routed to the responsible party.

2. Data processed

Public website requests can also create short-lived security logs containing IP address, requested path, time, response status and browser/device information.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Account, authentication, instance and forwarding data is processed to provide the service you request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Proportionate security and abuse-prevention records rely on legitimate interests in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Records that must be retained by law rely on Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR. Optional processing is not inferred from inactivity and uses consent where consent is required.

4. Recipients and international transfers

Discord, Microsoft and some infrastructure providers can process data outside the EEA. Such a transfer requires an applicable adequacy decision, including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where it covers the actual recipient and processing, or another safeguard under Article 46 GDPR, generally Standard Contractual Clauses with any necessary supplementary measures. You may request information about the safeguard applicable to a particular transfer from either privacy contact above.

5. Storage, security and deletion

Authentication data and proxy credentials are protected with encryption and access restrictions. Public connections use encrypted transport, and credentials and message content are excluded from application logs.

Deleting an instance removes the active service configuration and starts cleanup of its assigned host and private Discord channel. A disconnected host, failed provider deletion or rotating backup can require additional time or manual follow-up. Send one verified request to either privacy contact above so cleanup can be coordinated and confirmed.

Removing Microsoft/Xbox authentication from IdleMine deletes the copies stored in our service, but it cannot revoke an authorization held by Microsoft. To revoke access completely, you must also remove the authorization in your Microsoft account.

Active account data is kept while needed to provide the service. Security logs are limited to the documented infrastructure rotation period unless isolated for an incident or legal claim. Records from earlier paid agreements are retained only where required by law and for the applicable statutory period.

6. Your rights

Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability, object to legitimate-interest processing, and withdraw consent for the future. Requests are answered without undue delay and normally within one month. You may complain to the supervisory authority for your residence or workplace; for Coflnet's own processing, the competent authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany.

7. Children

As a service policy, new account holders must be at least 16. This does not state the age of consent or contractual capacity in every country. The authorization rules of applicable law still apply. Contact us if a child supplied data without the authorization required by that law.

8. Changes

A revised notice applies prospectively from its stated date. A privacy notice does not create consent, and continued use is not treated as consent to a new optional purpose.
