Terms of Service

IdleMine instance access is free for everyone until further notice. Join Discord and use /create to get started. No paid subscription is required. Pricing of $3 per month is planned for 2027; the start date and payment terms will be announced before any paid offer. Free access does not automatically become a paid subscription.

1. Contracting party and scope

IdleMine is operated by Gabriel Martinez, martinez@idlemine.net. Coflnet GmbH provides technical infrastructure and is not the seller or contracting party for IdleMine subscriptions.

These Terms apply to a new contract only if they are shown and validly incorporated before the order. Publishing them does not amend an existing contract. An existing contract changes only through an effective agreement or a rule of mandatory law; silence, continued use or dismissal of a notice is not agreement.

2. Service

IdleMine operates a remote Minecraft client on a host assigned to the user. The user controls it through Discord and supplies the Microsoft authentication, Minecraft server, version and settings required for the requested connection. The exact paid scope, price, billing period, renewal, availability commitment and support level are only those shown before the order and in its confirmation.

Maintenance and outages outside reasonable control can interrupt the service. Mandatory conformity, remedy and update rights, including consumer rights for digital products where applicable, remain unaffected.

3. Accounts and acceptable use

Account holders must be at least 16 and legally able to enter the contract, or have the authorization required by applicable law. You must protect your Discord and Microsoft accounts and provide accurate setup information.

You may connect only accounts and servers you are authorized to use. You must follow the rules of Microsoft, Mojang and each Minecraft server. IdleMine is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Remote or automated clients can violate a server's rules and can lead to restrictions or a ban; no statement on this website guarantees otherwise.

Do not use the service unlawfully, harass others, evade access controls, attack systems or expose another person's credentials or communications. A serious violation can justify proportionate suspension or termination, after warning where reasonable. Statutory termination rights and refunds remain unaffected.

4. Authentication and user content

You authorize the service to use the Microsoft/Xbox authentication data you provide solely to connect the assigned client as configured by you. You retain your rights in account data and messages. Any technical licence to store or transmit them is non-exclusive, limited to providing, securing and supporting the service, and ends after deletion subject to documented backup cycles and legal duties.

5. Price, renewal and cancellation

Creating and starting an instance is currently free for all users until further notice. A price of $3 per month is planned for 2027, with no fixed start date announced. Any future paid offer will state its price, billing period and other terms before you choose it. Free access does not authorize billing or automatically enroll you in a paid subscription.

For any earlier paid agreement, the order confirmation governs its agreed price and term. No fee, automatic renewal or price change is created merely by this page. Contact the operator about any earlier payment or agreement.

You may give cancellation notice for an earlier agreement in text form to martinez@idlemine.net. A cancellation takes effect at the earliest date allowed by the contract and mandatory law. The right to terminate for cause is unaffected.

6. Consumer withdrawal

Where mandatory consumer law grants a right of withdrawal, the seller must provide the applicable instructions, model form and electronic function before the order and with the contract confirmation. A consumer may always send an unequivocal withdrawal statement to the operator email above within the applicable period. Performance during that period and any early expiry of the right require the separate request, consent, acknowledgment and durable-medium confirmation prescribed by applicable law.

7. Warranty and liability

Statutory warranty and conformity rights apply. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for intent or gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, fraudulently concealed defects, an express guarantee, product liability, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

For slight negligence, liability may be limited only for non-essential duties. For breach of an essential contractual duty, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract to the extent allowed by law. These rules also apply to legal representatives and agents.

8. Third-party services and service risk

Discord, Microsoft/Mojang and the selected Minecraft server operate under their own terms for their respective services. Their actions do not remove the operator's own duties. Server sanctions, authentication changes and third-party outages are foreseeable service risks, but no clause excludes a remedy for a failure for which the operator is legally responsible.

9. Data protection

The IdleMine Privacy Policy describes the data, purposes, recipients, retention and rights. Where Coflnet processes personal data on the operator's documented instructions, the required data-processing agreement must be in force. This Terms page does not itself assign data-protection roles.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms do not add a choice-of-law, arbitration or exclusive jurisdiction clause. Mandatory law and statutory court rights apply. A consumer retains the mandatory protection and courts available under the law of the country of habitual residence.
