By accessing or using IdleMine's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This agreement is made between you and Gabriel Martinez, the owner and operator of IdleMine.

IdleMine provides 24/7 Minecraft chunk loading services ("the Service") that allow users to keep their Minecraft chunks loaded continuously without needing to keep their personal computers running.
The Service is managed through Discord commands and requires Microsoft account authentication for Minecraft access.
Hosting and technical infrastructure for IdleMine is provided by Coflnet GmbH ("the Contractor"), which operates servers in datacenters certified by DIN ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
Your Minecraft account information is stored and accessible only on these secure, certified servers. All data transmissions are encrypted and handled according to industry best practices.
Coflnet GmbH acts solely as a technical contractor and is not party to the contractual agreement between you and Gabriel Martinez.
IdleMine charges a subscription fee of $3.00 USD per month. All payments are processed securely through Patreon.
By subscribing, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your payment method on file with Patreon until you cancel your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Patreon account. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
No refunds will be provided for partial months of service or early cancellation.

IdleMine requires you to authenticate your Microsoft account to access Minecraft servers. By using our Service, you grant IdleMine permission to:
You retain full ownership of your Microsoft and Minecraft accounts. IdleMine will never share your account credentials with third parties or use your account for any purpose other than providing the Service without your explicit consent.
All service management, including starting, stopping, and configuring your IdleMine bot, is performed through Discord commands in our official Discord server.
You must maintain an active Discord account in good standing and remain a member of the IdleMine Discord server to use the Service. Removal from the Discord server may result in loss of access to service management features.
IdleMine withholds the right to terminate without refund the service to users who perform illegal activities using any service(s) provided by IdleMine to the user.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without prior notice or refund, for any of the following reasons:
You may terminate your account at any time by canceling your Patreon subscription and requesting account deletion through our Discord server.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and any data associated with your account may be deleted.
While we strive to provide 24/7 service availability, IdleMine does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
IdleMine is not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from service interruptions or unavailability.
IdleMine integrates with third-party services including:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. IdleMine is not responsible for the practices or policies of these third-party services.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IDLEMINE AND GABRIEL MARTINEZ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
IN NO EVENT SHALL IDLEMINE'S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
IdleMine does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IdleMine, Gabriel Martinez, Coflnet GmbH, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
IdleMine reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes through our Discord server or by email.
Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Connecticut.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gabriel Martinez regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
